Bring a cookbook, take a cookbook.   Bring 5 cookbooks, take 5 cookbooks!   It's a Cookbook Swap found only at Pearl during the Farmers Market from 9am - 1pm in the Pearl Studio at Full Goods. 

Enjoy a fabulous cooking demonstration by Melissa Guerra at 10am from her cookbooks "Texas Provincial Kitchen" and "Dishes from the Wild Horse Desert". 

Be sure to also stop by The Twig Book Shop at Full Goods for a special author appearances by local cookbook writers Susan Dunbar Snyder of "New Braunfels Smokehouse: Our Favorite Recipes" and Michael Flores of "My Family, My Friends, My Food".
