This class is designed for the complete beginner and those who want to learn about Yoga in a comprehensive approach that includes asana, pranyama and philosophy.
Students will:
1. Learn correct alignment for safe and energetic practice of the yoga poses
2. Learn the basic breathing techniques for centering and calming the mind
3. Learn how to use props effectively
4. Practice deep relaxation and restorative poses
5. Be introduced to yoga philosophy; Patanjali's Eight Limbs of Yoga
