La Gloria - Street Foods of Mexico opens on Wednseday, May 5th

The newest restaurant at Pearl, La Gloria (the heavens), from CIA graduate Chef Johnny Hernandez, is scheduled to open on Wednesday, May 5th (Cinco de Mayo).  La Gloria will feature the street foods popular in the interior of Mexico and will overlook the San Antonio River Walk, which runs alongside Pearl.
